Quang Ninh is chosen as one of the destinations of 4500 Indian tourists, who are going to Ha Noi, Ninh Binh an Quang Ninh on 27 August to 7 September. To make an extraordinary impression to the delegation, Quang Ninh tourism industry is significantly preparing for welcoming activities.

According to the information of Vietravel company, 4500 Indian tourists will be divided into different delegations and visit 3 locations in Vietnam. All of them are employees working in the organization of a famed Indian billionaire, who is listed in the top 5 richest people in India.

Quang Ninh Department of Tourism informed that they will arrive in Ha Long city (Quang Ninh province) at around 11AM on 29 August. It will hold a greeting ceremony with a dragon dance performance to create a special fascination with them. In addition, it also arranged 100 good quality boats to serve effectively the delegation, along with the preparation of speaking Hindu language and Indian dishes.  Besides, the delegation will visit Ha Long Bay for 4 hours following route 1 journey and making a sightseeing of Thien Cung, Dau Go, Ba Hang caves; Cho Da, Dinh Huong, Trong Mai islets. They also will not stay at night in the bay.

Beforehand, in the middle phase of 2023, a wedding of an Indian couple was organized at 5-star Ambassador Day Cruise II on HaLong Bay. The delegation not only held the wedding, but also they enjoyed other experiences at resorts and tourist attractions of Quang Ninh in roughly 1 week. Ha Long Bay and Quang Ninh’ destinations have been bearded with fresh and memorable moments for the delegation. After this event, a number of Indian travelers visited Ha Long Bay remarkably mounted, in which stayed guests reached 67.000 people.

India is one of the 10 largest markets of Quang Ninh tourism and it is also considered as the most potential market. Clearly aware of this, the Quang Ninh travel industry has raised typical tourism products and pushed the promotion to diversify the market, ramp-up income and turn Quang Ninh into a culturally-diversified international destination.
