On 20th September, Quang Ninh Department of Tourism coordinated with Mong Cai city held a training to propaganda and enhance the awareness of digital conversion and statistics in tourism activity for over 200 delegates, who belongs to travel agencies, tourism organizations or individuals from Mong Cai city, Hai Ha, Dam Ha and Binh Lieu districts.

In the framework of the training session, listeners were here the useful instructions of digital conversion and information technology specialists, teachers from Vietnam National Administration, Quang Ninh province’s police, National Economics University such as the rules of Culture, Sport and Tourism Minister on the report and statistic regime of the industry; deal with the offence relating the execution of tourism statistic regulation; the advance implementing digitizing at provincial tourist attractions, tourism products; digital conversion concepts and realities that suitable for businesses.

In addition, the delegates were guided in carrying out travel destination models linked with resident data apps; using tourism report and statistical software according to the circular of Culture, Sport and Tourism Minister; hearing and answering the bargains and difficulties in the implemented processes. 

This is a necessary training session which helps to provide knowledge for local tourist units, businesses in improving the awareness of statistics, digital conversion of the tourism industry; understanding the content of law documents on statistics and using digital basis in travel management and selling.
